I am a part time nurse and full time wife and momma of two boys. When I was pregnant with my first baby, my husband encouraged me to start a “mommy blog.” I kept telling him I didn’t know anything about being a mom or blogging. Two babies later and I’m still not sure I know anything, but I’ve learned the value of mom friends and knowledge sharing. This blog is for me. To put up information. To ask questions. My house is rarely clean, laundry is washed, but usually not folded and put away, and I’m definitely not a “Pinterest mom,” but, at the end of each day, my kitchen sink is empty of dirty dishes. I’ve never been good at styling my hair or been up-to-date on fashion trends. These days make-up is usually reserved for weddings or similar occasions. My family, friends, and faith are the center of my life. I love photography, sports, reading, knitting, and binge watching TV shows.
I am a third generation nurse. I worked on a medical/ oncology floor for 3 1/2 years. I am currently a radiology nurse.
